Legendary DJ Porky Chedwick Broadcasts Live From The Rock Hall



88 Year-old disc jockey Porky Chedwick recently performed his program live from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Mike McVay greeted Porky and his radio co-host Ed Weigle. McVay Media honored Chedwick with a plaque and special recognition for his 50+ years of service to the broadcast community. Chedwick started at WAMO/Pittsburgh (the known as WHOD) on August 1, 1948. Porky, also known as "The Daddio of The Raddio" and "The Boss Man" sponsored two busloads of fans who traveled from Pittsburgh to Cleveland for the special anniversary broadcast.

Meredith Goes Blonde for Taylor!


He is America's Sexiest Bachelor, and Meredith believes she is his soulmate. The KS95 Morning Show in Minneapolis called his Grandma. And, Granny Hicks's agreed to send Mere's pic to Taylor! One problem, Taylor said he saw his soulmate at an airport, and she was blonde. So, we made Meredith dye her DARK brown hair, took a pic, and gave it to Granny. We are anxiously awaiting his response!

Tribe Takes The White Sox During Christian Music Broadcasters Meeting!


During the Christian Music Broadcasters meeting in Cleveland, Steve Swanson (Joy-FM), Grayson Long (Integrity Records), Daniel Anstandig (McVay Media), and Jim Veldhuis (Billboard Radio Monitor) watched the Cleveland Indians make a HUGE win against the White Sox. Final score: 13-8!
