Blizzards and Holiday Parties Really Do Mix!

The Blizzard of 12-16-07 fell on the heels of the annual McVay Media Holiday Party. Thus, several McVay Media consultants and associates were stranded in Cleveland. McVay Media News/Talk Specialist Holland Cooke and Heather Cohen (The Weiss Agency) along with Heather's husband (Michael Waxman) joined Mike & Doris McVay for a pajama party and blizzard sleep-over.



The Blizzard pajama party combined work and frivolity, much like marshmallows and hot chocolate.



Holland worked on client reports...



...while Michael took the opportunity to grade papers.



Friends grew closer...

...sometimes even too close.

The Christmas lights on the trees grew dark during the blizzard...

but Holland remained steadfast in his determination to publish, publish, publish!

Actor Billy Hufsey, a Cleveland native, recently visited McVay Media world headquarters.

Hufsey, formerly of the TV show "Fame" and from "Days Of Our Lives" is an old friend of Mike McVay. When he visited, also visiting was WLDE/WAJI/Fort Wayne Operations Manager Lee Tobin and WAJI PD Barb Richards. McVay Media VP/Sales, Jim McVay, was also present for the festivities.
